TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General provisions

1.1. These rules of purchase and sale (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) establish the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the buyer and seller when purchasing services and gift vouchers on the website www.holistico.lt.

1.2. Seller – MB Holistico company code 305889866, registered office address Algirdo 15-2B, 03219 Vilnius, e-mail info@holistico.lt.

1.3. Buyer – a physical or legal person purchasing services or gift coupons.

1.4. By purchasing on the website, the Buyer confirms that:

  • have read these Rules

  • agrees to their application

  • is an active person.

1.5. The contract is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer pays for the order.

2. Nature of services / products

2.1. The following products are sold on the website:

  • Personal Fertility Support Plan (hereinafter referred to as the Product)

  • Gift vouchers.

2.2. A Personal Fertility Support Plan is an individually prepared digital product created based on the information provided by the Buyer (questionnaire, research, data collected during the consultation).

2.3. The product is considered:

  • digital content

  • the result of intellectual activity.

2.4. The product is intended for informational and educational purposes. It:

2.4.1. not a medical diagnosis

2.4.2. does not replace a doctor's consultation

2.4.3. there is no guarantee of treatment or result.

2.5. A gift voucher is a digital or physical product that entitles you to use the services provided by the Seller within a specified period of time.

3. Prices and payment

3.1. All prices are indicated in euros (€).

3.2. Payment is made through the systems specified on the website (e.g. Stripe)

3.3. The order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

3.4. The Seller has the right to change prices, but changes do not apply to orders that have already been paid for.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. Digital product

5.1.1. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer loses the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days if:

  • product execution started

  • the product is personalized.

5.1.2. Since the Personal Fertility Plan is:

  • individually designed

  • classified as digital content

Money is not refunded after:

  • The buyer starts filling out the questionnaire

  • a consultation takes place.

5.2. Gift vouchers

5.2.1. Gift vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

5.2.2. Coupons are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

5.2.3. The voucher may be transferred to another person, unless otherwise stated.

6. Buyer's rights and obligations

6.1. The Buyer has the right:

  • get product information

  • contact us for any questions you may have.

6.2. The Buyer undertakes to:

  • provide correct and complete information

  • to meet the specified deadlines

  • to collaborate in the product development process.

7. Seller's rights and obligations

7.1. The Seller undertakes to:

  • prepare the product professionally and responsibly

  • store the data provided by the Buyer

7.2. The Seller has the right:

  • refuse to fulfill the order if false information is provided

  • adjust product delivery deadlines for objective reasons

  • to change the Rules.

10. Personal data

10.1. Buyer's data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10.2. The data is used solely for product development and communication purposes.

11. Final provisions

11.1. This website and its Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if unsuccessful - in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.3. The consumer may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (SCPS).
