CANCELLATION POLICY

Each appointment time is reserved for you. Therefore, I really appreciate it when you notify me in advance about any changes in plans.

We apply a 24-hour cancellation policy, therefore appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are charged as if they had taken place.

If you have booked an appointment through Treatwell, you can manage it via the mobile app or directly from your e-mail, appointment confirmation or appointment reminder.
